We are a local community group, and "pod" associated with PlantPure Communities, whose purpose is to provide resources and social support to those in our local community interested in following a whole food, plant based diet. Whether you are "in it" for your health, animals and/or the environment, we would love to see you at one of our upcoming events! Our goal is to have fun, learn from each other, and advocate for our health, the wellbeing of animals and the sustainability of our environment through plant based living. Our potlucks are always the second Friday every month at 6-8pm. We look forward to seeing you!
